Alpine skiing at the 2014 Winter Olympics

The XXII. 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi, ten contests, five discharged in men and women in Alpine skiing.

All ski races were in pink Chutor Alpine Centre in Krasnaya Polyana, about 70 kilometers east of Sochi discharged.

The application of the FIS for the inclusion of the team competition was rejected in July 2011 by the IOC.

As a dress rehearsal found in February 2012 as part of the world cup one exit for women and men, and a super combination of the men on the Olympic slopes instead. The women's super combined had to be canceled due to bad weather. These were the first World Cup race in Russia at all.
