As Alpenostrand the landscapes in eastern Austria and western Hungary are denoted by the transition from the Eastern Alps to the planes of the Vienna Basin in the north and the Graz basin in the south. The Alpenostrand jumping in front in the Hunchback world, the Rosalia Mountains and the change in the east and forms the transition to the Pannonian lowlands.
