Alt-J

Alt- J is a British alternative pop band from Leeds. My biggest success is to win the British Mercury Music Prizes in 2012.

Biography

The beginnings of the band date back to the year 2007. At that time, Gwil Sainsbury, Joe Newman, Gus Unger- Hamilton and Thom Green met at Leeds University, where Gwil, Joe and Thom studied art and English literature Gus. In her sophomore year played before Joe Gwil a few of his songs where he was inspired by his guitar -playing father. Then the two decided to form a band. Band name
