The OLD Group is an engineering service provider headquartered in Paris, France. The group has offices in 14 countries and employs 16,000 people.

History

OLD was founded in 1988 by three engineering graduates in Paris. Gradually, the company expanded its activities and established subsidiaries in France. The first subsidiary outside France was opened in the UK in 1989. From 1999 OLD expanded the activities to economies outside France. OLD is listed on the Paris Stock Exchange since 1999.

The group has subsidiaries in 14 countries: Belgium, Germany, France, Great Britain, India, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Russia, Spain, Sweden, United States and Vietnam.

Industries

The focus of the OLD -group activities is on developing services in the automotive, aerospace, energy and medical technology, defense, railway technology / Transportation, telecommunications and semiconductor industry and in banking.

OLD Things to Do in Germany

The OLD Group is represented in Germany with four companies and employs over 1,200 employees: The OLD GmbH is represented with nine locations in central and southern Germany. Since mid- 2011, the system house Bardenheuer is part of the OLD GmbH. OLD Technology and ATEXIS are uniform as Engineering & occurred by the end of 2011. Since 2012 they are listed as one another detached operating divisions, which are to be renamed during the second semester 2012 in two legally independent companies. The MI- GSO GmbH provides program and project management.
