Álvaro Sierra

Álvaro Sierra Peña ( born April 4, 1967 in Sogamoso ) is a Colombian cyclist.

Álvaro Sierra 2003 won a stage at the Clasica Integración de la Guadua Gobernación de Risaralda and was also the overall standings decide for themselves. Even when Doble Copacabana Grand Prix Fides, he won the overall and two stages. In addition, he still won two sections at the Vuelta a Costa Rica and a stage of the Vuelta a Antioquia. The next year, Sierra won the overall title of the Clasica Club Deportivo Boyacá and a stage with overall in the Vuelta a Cundinamarca. In 2005 he was at the Doble Sucre Potosi G. P. twice successfully and was also the first in the overall standings. In the Vuelta a Boyaca, he won a section and the Doble Copacabana Grand Prix Fides, he won another stage, as well as a year later. He also won the 2006 two stages at the Vuelta a Colombia.
