Alviks IK

Alviks IK is a Swedish football club based in Alvik. The club is best known for its women's soccer team.

History

Alviks IK was founded in 1934. The first women's team succeeded in the 2001 promotion to the highest women's league, but rose directly in the subsequent 2002 season again. Also in the second division they could then not long hold and played from then on the 3rd league. In the 2013 season, she comes into the league at 4 ( division 2). The men teams play consistently in the regional league area.
