Alvin Robertson

Alvin Cyrrale Robertson ( born July 22, 1962 in Barberton, Ohio ) is a former American professional basketball player. He played from 1984 to 1996 in the National Basketball Association (NBA) and was founded in 1984 as a member of the U.S. National Team Olympic champion.

Robertson belonged to the San Antonio Spurs (1984-1989), the Milwaukee Bucks (1989-1993), the Detroit Pistons (1993) and the Toronto Raptors (1995-1996 ) on. In 1986, he was the second of the previous four players who managed to achieve a so-called quadruple -double, which is characterized by reaching double-digit levels in four different categories. Robertson scored on 18 February 1986 in a game for the San Antonio Spurs against the Phoenix Suns 20 points, 11 rebounds, 10 assists and 10 steals.

In the 1985/86 season he was named best defender with the NBA Defensive Player of the Year Award and the first awarded the NBA Most Improved Player Award. In addition, he was appointed four times in his career for the NBA All-Star Game.
