Amakudari
Amakudari (Japanese天下り, such as: descend from heaven ) is called in Japan About changing a senior government official after his retirement in the private sector. High-level bureaucrats often take after their retirement after a statutory rest period of two years a place in the management of enterprises.
As a counterpart to the " descent from heaven " nor does the " upgrade " to: " Amaagari " (天 上がり). Thus, the deployment of staff from enterprises is meant in the authorities.
In France, we describe a similar phenomenon as Pantouflage.
