Amandine Henry

Amandine Henry ( born September 28, 1989 in Lille ) is a French football player.

Club career

The midfielder began as a teenager at OSM Lomme, Iris Club Lambersart and, from 2004, the FCF Henin- Beaumont in their home region of northern France with the football. In 2005 she was accepted into the National Fernand- Sastre Centre technique and also played for the league team. Two years later hired Amandine Henry at the first division club Olympique Lyon, with whom she won her first in 2008 and since then more on an annual basis five provincial championship. In Olympiques Cup victory in 2008, however it was not used in the final. But they stood 2010 in the Endspielelf which was defeated by Turbine Potsdam in the Champions League on penalties; this was one of the French women who could not convert their penalty. In 2011 she stood there again in the final and won with Lyon this European competition as well as a year later.

In the national team

Amandine Henry has played for several French junior selection teams from the B- youth total of 30 matches and scored ten goals. In the U-19 European Championship in 2007 she led her womanhood as captain until the semifinals. Since April 2009 she is also A- national team. The European Women's Championship 2009, she was part of the contingent of Bleues, denied there but only one match against the Netherlands.

National coach Bruno Bini had Henry in 2011 appointed in his provisional France squad for the World Cup in Germany, but then not taken to Germany. It was only in May 2013 he was aware of them back in the circle. Despite an injury coach Bini called them in the EM squad in 2013 and put them in Sweden in its only game there even in the starting one. Under Bini's successor Philippe Bergeroo Henry became the master player. To date, Amandine Henry has denied 22 A- internationals for France, where her get two hits (as of March 7, 2014 ).
