Amati-Denak

The Amati Denak s.r.o., is a Czech manufacturer of musical instruments based on the Dukelská 44 in Kraslice.

History

The company was founded in 1945 as a cooperative and nationalized in 1948. With the privatization in 1993 they gave the company name the addition Denak ( Dechové nástroje Kraslice = Wind Instruments Kraslice ). The company has its headquarters in Kraslice and mainly produces wooden and brass instruments ( saxophones, clarinets, flutes and bassoons, trumpets, horns, trombones and tubas ). A branch operation is located in Hradec Kralove. A total of about 500 people at Amati - Denak are employed, which considers itself to be the three largest musical instrument manufacturers in Europe.

The company houses the Amati brand, Stowasser and VF Cerveny & SYNOVÉ. Amati Denak manufactures brass and woodwinds, piston valve, cylinder and signal instruments. In addition to the instrument to the spectrum of Amati include technologies such as painting or other electrical parts and finishes of color metal processing. The instrument production of Amati Denak one of the three largest companies of its kind in Europe. V.F. Operation Cerveny is seen from the assortment of the world's largest producer of cylindrical instruments. Amati Denak exports its instruments in about 50 countries.
