History
Amdocs was founded in 1982 as Aurec Information and Directory Systems of Morris Kahn, and dealt with directory services such as yellow pages. The Yellow Pages glad in Ivrit דפי זהב, translated Golden Pages, which in the original company name Aurec (from Latin aurum - gold) was received.
