Amedeo Biavati

Amedeo Biavati ( born April 4, 1915 in Bologna, Italy, † April 22, 1979 ) was an Italian footballer.

Biavati is considered one of the best Italian outside left before the Second War. He was a fast, elegant player and a great dribbler. In 1938 he was football World Cup with Italy.

Career

Amedeo Biavati began his career at the biggest club of his hometown, Bologna FC, ​​the AGC Bologna was called at this time, and in which he spent most of his career. At the age of 18, he announced on May 21, 1933 7-0 win against AS Casale, inside forward his Serie A debut, scoring within two minutes, two hits. 1934/35 played Amedeo Biavati at Catania Calcio in Serie B, where he was a regular force and scored nine goals. On his return to Bologna he succeeded only slowly, to play in the starting eleven of the then coach Arpad Weisz. In 1935/36 and 1936/37, he won the AGC Bologna the Italian championship.
