Amel Majri

Amel Majri (born 25 January 1993 Monastir ) is a Tunisian football player who also has French citizenship since 2013.

Career

Association

Majri grew up near Lyon in France and began the sport of football in the youth of the AS Vénissieux Minguettes. After they had gone through the girls' teams of Minguettes, she moved in summer 2007 to Olympique Lyon. In Lyon, it was included in the 2007/ 08 season in the reserve squad and played in three years in 21 games for the team in the third division. After good performances for the reserve team in the 2009/10 season with 5 goals in 17 games they were 20 March 2011 her professional debut at 10:1 against ESOF La Roche in Division 1 Féminine. Equal in their first season with OL could UEFA Women's Champions League and win the Division 1 Féminine. In the season 2011/12 she was a regular force in the U-19 team of Lyon; in the women's team brought it only to three games with a private score. National

Majri is in the squad of the Tunisian national football team of women and previously played in February 2012 in the U -20 national team of Tunisia. Early 2014, however, called coach Philippe Bergeroo Amel Majri in the 24 -strong French squad for the Cyprus Cup in March this year.
