The Amerer Air was an Austrian airline based in Hörsching.

History

Amerer Air was founded in 1995 by Captain Heinz Peter Amerer as a cargo airline and offered since 1999 also road transport by truck. After the fall of 2011 the last remaining aircraft had been sold, 2012, the Air Operator Certificate and the operating licenses for the operation of air transport services have been revoked.

Fleet

The Air Amerer operational by the end of 2006, two Lockheed L -188 Electra and formerly a Piper PA32 Turbo Lance. In May 2012, the last cargo plane, a Fokker F-27 (OE - ILW ), Amerer Air has left. This aircraft will be in the future for Safari Express Cargo ( as 5Y - SXP ) in Kenya in use.
