As of December 1998, the Atlântico Sul ferrovia extended by means of a cooperation with the company Ferroban its operation on the state of São Paulo. In August 1999, the company also won the concession for the freight to Argentina Ferrocarril General Urquiza railway networks and Ferrocarril General San Martín. Thus, the rail network of the company was practically doubled. In order to have an understandable name in both countries, the company renamed in América Latina Logistica (ALL). In July 2001, the operation of the Company Delara was integrated into the company, which meant that ALL ascended to the largest railway logistics enterprises in Latin America.

2006, the association of ALL with Brasil Ferrovias and ferrovia Novoeste SA was made possible by an exchange of shares. In October 2008 a contract was signed with Votorantim Celulose the papermaker e Papel (VCP ) for a period of twenty years, which includes the transport of cellulose factory Três Lagoas in Mato Grosso do Sul in the state of São Paulo to Santos.
