American Comedy Awards

The American Comedy Awards were awarded 1987-2001 a year for outstanding contributions in the field of comedy. The last award ceremony was hosted by U.S. television channel Comedy Central, the station then decided, however, to call your own event to life. This so-called Commie Award, however, was discontinued after only a single ceremony in 2002.
