The American Football League ( AFL) All- Time Team is a fictional team in the best players in the league were taken.

The team was chosen on 14 January 1970. This year, the American Football League and the National Football League merged to form a league - the National Football League. The AFL All- Time Team was chosen by the members of the electoral committee of the Pro Football Hall of Fame who were close to the AFL. The selected players had to have played in a team of the AFL. The choice boosted the prestige of a player, but was not associated with induction into the Pro Football Hall of Fame.
