American Journal of Archaeology

The American Journal of Archaeology ( AJA abbreviated ) is the journal of the Archaeological Institute of America.

Since its founding in 1897 - in continuation of the 1885 published the American Journal of Archaeology and of the History of the Fine Arts - published the AJA article on the archeology of the Near East, Classical Archaeology, and various other archaeological disciplines.

Publisher is currently Naomi Norman, a professor at the University of Georgia, USA.
