American Journal of Philology

The American Journal of Philology (abbreviation: AJPh ) is a journal of classical philology. It was founded in 1880 by Basil Gildersleeve Lanneau. In addition to philological contributions also essays on Greek and Roman history, philosophy, and social and religious history are published.
