The language Amo (also amon, among, ba, Timap, ISO 639-3 amo ) is a platoide language from the group of eastern Kainji languages ​​that from a total of 12,300 people ( as of 2000) from the same ethnic group in the Nigerian states plateau and Kaduna is spoken.

The members of this ethnic group call themselves Amap, the proper name for the language is Timap. The language uses the Latin alphabet as a writing system.
