Ampang Line

As Ampang Line refers to a light rail system in the Malaysian capital Kuala Lumpur which was formerly known as STAR LRT.

Opened in 1996, route network consists of two routes, which are bundled halfway. Together, the two routes are 27 km long and consists of 25 stations. At several stations, passengers can transfer to the other rail systems, such as in the KL Monorail or the Kelana Jaya Line.

The LRT system ( Light Rail Transport ) realized the former operating company STAR in three phases. The last one opened the extension of Sultan Ismail according to Sentul Timur.
