Amy Brenneman

Amy Frederica Brenneman ( born June 22, 1964 in New London, Connecticut) is an American film and television actress. She became famous especially by starring in the imagined and produced by her series Judging Amy and her role as Violet Turner in the television series Private Practice.

Life

Brenneman was born in 1964 as the third child of a judge and a lawyer. Your study of religion at Harvard University, she graduated in 1987 successfully.

At first she was at the theater and had worked in 1992 their first appearance in a television series. Her breakthrough came with the series NYPD Blue, in which she played the role of Officer Janice Licalsi 1993-1994.
