Ana Konjuh

Ana Konjuh (* December 27, 1997 in Dubrovnik ) is a Croatian tennis player.

Career

Konjuh who prefers to play on hard courts, began at the age of five years with the tennis games.

Her breakthrough with the girls they had in 2013 with victories. At the Australian Open and the U.S. Open in singles and in doubles at the Australian Open Konjuh played in February 2013 in Eilat against Belarus for the first time for Croatia in Fed Cup.

Her first ITF title she won in the doped $ 25,000 tournament in Montpellier in June 2013. Though she is still eligible to play in the juniors, they just want to play tournaments on the professional tour from the 2014 season.

At the Australian Open in 2014, she played a successful qualifying round equal in their first appearance in a Grand Slam tournament with three wins. In the main draw she then met the eventual winner Li Na, who defeated with 2:6 and 0:6.
