Anastasia Griffith

Anastasia Griffith (born 23 March 1978 in Paris, France) is a British actress.

Life

Born in Paris, the daughter of a Nordirin and a U.S. American, Anastasia Griffith grew up in London. She has six older brothers; one of them is also successful as an actor Jamie Bamber. First, Griffith studied art history at the University of Bristol before she discovered her true passion, acting, and enrolled at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.

Griffith is since 2004 in front of the camera. Her breakthrough achieved in the same year in a supporting role in the film comedy Alfie on the side of Jew Law. In 2007, she was for the TV series Damages - committed in the network of power. She then played in 2009 Nancy Carnahan on the NBC series Trauma and since 2012 has played the role of Elizabeth Haverford in the BBC America series Copper.
