Anatole Le Braz

Anatole Le Braz (born Anatole Le Bras, born April 2, 1859 in Saint -Servais, department Côtes -d'Armor, France, † March 20, 1926 in Menton ) was a Breton writer and fairy tale collector.

Le Braz collected folk songs, tales and legends among his Breton countrymen. To this end, he interviewed farmers and sailors in the region.
