Anatoly Perminov

Anatoly Nikolayevich Perminov (Russian Анатолий Николаевич Перминов, scientific transliteration Anatoly Perminov Nikolaevič; born June 16, 1945 in the Kirov Oblast, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union ) has been the head of the Russian space agency Roskosmos on 12 March 2004 to 29 April 2011.

Life

Perminov was chief of staff of the Strategic Missile Forces and from 2001 to commander of the Space Forces of Russia. Of 12 March 2004 to 29 April 2011, he was the head of the Russian space agency Roskosmos. He was succeeded in office 2011 Vladimir Aleksandrovich Popovkin. Perminov is married and has a son.

Perminov is a candidate of technical sciences and professor of military science.
