The Diocese of Uzes (Latin: Dioecesis Uticensis ) was located in France Roman Catholic diocese based in Uzes.
History
The diocese of Uzès was built in the 5th century. First bishop was Constantine.
On 29 November 1801, the diocese of Uzès was disbanded due to the Concordat of 1801 by Pope Pius VII with the Papal Bull Qui Christi Domini and the territory was annexed to the archbishopric of Avignon.
The diocese of Uzès was the archbishopric of Narbonne is a suffragan. In 1736 the diocese of Uzès comprised 180 parishes.
