And God Created Woman (1988 film)

Adams saucy rib (English And God Created Woman ) is an American comedy film directed by Roger Vadim in 1988. It is a remake of the comedy And God Created Woman by Roger Vadim and starring Brigitte Bardot from the year 1956.

Action

Robin Shea escapes from prison and learns the politician James Tiernan know. This causes them but go back again. He advises her to find a man who cares about them, so that they can be released on parole.

Shea is a fact and seduces active in the prison craftsman Billy Moran, which she offers $ 5,000 if he marries her. Moran agrees and she is released on parole. First, she turns away from Billy and is more interested in Tiernan. After some back and forth, the couple comes up but then closer and ends up in the bed of a museum in which Billy is working on. When this is discovered by visitors, the competent authorities are informed. For violating the probation she goes back to jail. Her husband offers her while on his savings so that they can go into hiding. Robin refuses, however, and appears instead to the election rally of Tiernan, for which she sings a newly composed song.

In the last scene we see Robin and Billy intimately united in bed.

Reviews

The critic of the Chicago Sun-Times, Roger Ebert wrote that the film with the original have little in common. He praised the convincing game of Rebecca De Mornay and Vincent Spano. The lexicon of international film manifests itself less gracious: " trivial and boring remake (...). "

Rebecca De Mornay was in 1989 nominated for the Golden Raspberry.
