And I Love Her (German: , And I love them ') is a song by British band The Beatles, released in 1964 on the album A Hard Day 's Night, and was also seen in gleichnamingen feature film. It was written mainly by Paul McCartney released under the copyright and Lennon / McCartney.
Background
McCartney wrote And I Love Her in the home of his then girlfriend Jane Asher in London's Wimpole Street. Probably Jane Asher was the inspiration for the song. John Lennon claimed in 1980 to have written the middle section of the song, which McCartney denied. The publisher of the Beatles Dick James reported, however, that the middle part was first composed during the recording session in the studio within half an hour after he and George Martin had asked the band about it.
Recording
