The Andean Parakeet ( Bolborhynchus orbygnesius ) is a species of Neuweltpapageien. It is found only in South America. Andean Parakeets play in the ornamental bird holding unlike many of the South American parakeets not matter. They were first imported in the 1970s in Europe.

Appearance

Andean parakeets live in pairs or in small flocks. They eat seeds and berries.
