Ander Herrera Agüera
Ander Herrera Agüera ( born August 14, 1989 in Bilbao ) is a Spanish professional footballer who is currently at Athletic Bilbao under contract and there wears jersey number 21. He was promoted first in the youth team of Real Zaragoza, his debut in the Primera División, he was also in Zaragoza. He is the son of Pedro María Herrera Sancristóbal, also a former player of Zaragoza.
Career
Beginning
Ander Herrera started his footballing career at the Colegio Jesús -Maria El Salvador, later he moved to Unión Deportiva Amistad, before moving finally to Real Zaragoza.
Real Zaragoza
He became known in 2001. He fell mainly because of its high technical quality. In the 2008 /09 season, he joined the second team of Real Zaragoza. In his debut, which he gave in the third division, he played the full 90 minutes. Zaragoza won the match 3-0. In his 14th game, he scored his first goal and was instrumental in the 3-0 win over Deportivo Giner torrero. During the season, he was ordered on demand by Marcelino now and into the first team.
On 1 February 2009, he made his debut in the second division at the Estadio La Romareda in the match against Levante UD. In the 66th minute he was substituted after an outstanding performance. The game won Zaragoza 2-1. His first goal for the first team, he scored at home on May 2 against CD Tenerife which ended in a draw. This year, the team reached the summit in the Primera División.
His first professional contract signed Ander on 7 July 2009. This was true for four seasons. Even then tried Athletic Bilbao poach him. Herrera was selected by the Spanish U- 21 team coach Luis Millafür 2009 and took part in the European Championships 2011 in Denmark, where he became European Champion with the team. Already in 2009 he had played for the U -20 and since 2012 he plays in the U- 23rd
