Anders Andersen-Lundby

Anders Andersen - Lundby ( born December 16, 1841 in Lundby; † 4 January 1923 in Munich) was a Danish painter who specialized primarily on winter landscapes.

Life

Anders Andersen - Lundby moved to Copenhagen in 1861, where he self-taught himself trained as a painter and exhibited in 1864 in Charlotte Borg, and later moved to Munich, where his pictures of the surroundings of the city enjoyed great popularity. Maybe Andersen - Lundby taught at the Academy in Munich. 1901 at least one of his paintings for a lottery of the Munich Kunstverein was purchased.
