Anderson Cléber Beraldo

Anderson Cléber Beraldo (* April 27, 1980 in São Paulo) is a Brazilian football player who is under contract with América FC.

Club career

He began his career at Corinthians. For the Brazilian flagship club he joined in until 2005. Then he took the move to Europe and went to Benfica. There he played alongside fellow countryman Luisão in central defense. However, he rarely played in the second season, as he cared for his ill son in Brazil. In the summer of 2007, he then worked for three million euros to Olympique Lyon. In the 2008/2009 season he was loaned out to Sao Paulo.

National

Anderson Cléber debuted in 2005 against Guatemala in the Seleção. He scored in his first international match direct his first goal. Despite this performance, he has not been subsequently recalled to the national team.
