The Anderson Creek is a creek in the southern Australian state of Victoria. It is a tributary of the Yarra River and flows through the small towns Warrandyte and Park Orchards. Tens of thousands of years he served the Wurundjeri Aboriginal tribe of the Kulin one that Woiwurrung spoke as food and tool source.

The river rises in the hills north of Ringwood on the edge of the urban area of Melbourne and flows first 2-3 km by Park Orchards and Warrandyte by about 4 km before it flows into the Yarra River. The creek is largely unregulated and often occurs after heavy rain overflowed its banks. It provides important species habitat, such as the platypus, the gold belly swimming rat, the koala, an Australian Eurenart ( Powerful Owl ), the Rotrückenreiher, the weißflügligen raven and the gelbschwänzigen, black cockatoo.

Gold was found in Anderson's Creek near the present-day Warrandyte State Park and the town of Warrandyte was originally named after this river. Today you can still find gold in the creek; Gold panning is allowed on a small piece of its course in the vicinity of the park.
