Andon Zako Çajupi
Andon Zako Cajupi (actually Andon Cako, born March 27, 1866 in Sheper in Zagoria, southern Albania, † July 11, 1930 in Cairo ) was an Albanian writer and translator.
Life
Cajupi studied in Egypt and in the Jura Switzerland. After a short career as a lawyer, he turned completely to writing. Known during his lifetime, especially through poetry as in the New Testament, after his death dramas such as The man of the earth have been published. In addition Cajupi worked as a translator from French.
