Andoni Iraola

Andoni Iraola Sagarna ( born June 22, 1982 in Usurbil ) is a Spanish footballer who plays in the Spanish La Liga at Athletic Bilbao.

Career

Like many of his teammates, also chose Andoni Iraola the proven way into professional football. After a successful career in the youth divisions of Athletic Bilbao he went for a season to CD Baskonia and then spent two years playing in the second team of Athletic. Since 2003 he has been a regular in the first team of Athletic and has developed as a versatile right-footed a permanent place in the Basque traditional club. In August 2008 he made his debut in the Spanish national team against Denmark. In addition Iraola stepped even to the Basque national team.
