André Borschberg

André Borschberg ( born December 13, 1952 in Zurich ) is a Swiss pilot.

André Borschberg received his diploma from the École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne and MIT. In 2010, he led the solar airplane Solar Impulse through the first flight of a solar aircraft during a whole night. In 2011, he led by plane 's first international flight by, on the track Payerne military airfield - Brussels Airport - Le Bourget Airport - Payerne.
