André Moritz

André Francisco Moritz ( born August 6, 1986 in Florianópolis, Brazil) is a Brazilian football player with German roots, who played for Mersin İdman Yurdu.

Career

He plays with the shirt number 10 on the playmaker position ( attacking midfielder ). Currently, the Brazilians earned a German passport in Mersin İdmanyurdu from the Turkish Süper Lig his money. André Moritz speaks fluent Turkish.

The 1.87 m wide player started his professional career with the Brazilian giants SC Internacional Porto Alegre, before he moved to the Turkish climber Kasımpaşa Istanbul after a season at Fluminense in the 2007/ 08 season. After three years at Kasımpaşa it went for a year to Kayserispor.

In the 2011/12 season he plays for Mersin in the Turkish Süper Lig İdmanyurdu At the end of this season it was announced that was not renewed at the expiring contract with Mersin IY.
