Andrea Cupi

Andrea Cupi ( born January 27, 1976 in Frascati, Italy) is an Italian football player. He spent his entire professional career in Italy.

Career

Cupi began his career in 1994 at the Italian capital club AS Roma. In two years, but managed not to recommend for the Serie A team of the defensive player. In summer 1996 he moved to Cupi unterklassigen city rivals Cisco Calcio Roma. There he finally came to his first professional assignments. after only one year, it drew the defender to Carpi FC. Because of his expiring contract was Cupi from summer 2005 to December without a club. It was not until the winter break was followed by a signing of the contract with SSC Napoli, which was only mediocre at that time. With the SSC Cupi celebrated winning the Serie C1 B. Then, the team managed to march through and rose as table runners-up behind Juventus in the Serie A on directly. There, the club qualified right away for the UEFA Intertoto Cup 2008. Cupi then transferred in the summer of year again to FC Empoli, who was relegated to the second division in 2007 /08. With a ranking of 5, the team qualified for the play- offs round to a promotion place, but which the team missed. Since the end of the season 2009/11 Cupi is without a club again.
