Andrea Di Paola (born 1970 ) is an Italian astronomer and discoverer of asteroids, the Osservatorio Astronomico di Roma working on.

Since its introduction to astronomy in 1996 he discovered along with Andrea Boattini total of 11 asteroids.

He is the co-discoverer of Supernova SN 2002cv and, as a member of CINEOS teams of the periodic comets 167P/CINEOS.

The asteroid ( 27130 ) Dipaola was named after him.
