Andrea King

Andrea King ( born February 1, 1919 in Paris as Georgette Andre Barry, † 22 April 2003 in Woodland Hills (Los Angeles ), California ) was an American actress.

Life and career

Andrea King gave 1940 her acting debut. Six years later, she managed to play leading roles in Hollywood, as in 1946 on the side of Peter Lorre in The Beast with Five Fingers or in the shadow of a woman. From the early 1950s, King was mainly seen in television productions. So she played among others in Murder, She Wrote, Columbo and Dear Uncle Bill a guest role. 1994 pulled the actress back into private life.

In 1960 she received a star on the Walk of Fame (1541 Vine Street ).

Andrea King was married from 1940 until his death in 1970 with Nat Willis. The couple had a child together.
