Career

Andrea Peron in 1991 in Stuttgart champion ( road quad), 1992, he won the Italian team at the Barcelona Olympics, the silver medal in the 100 -km team time trial. Then he received a professional contract with the team Gatorade.

His first success as a professional Peron celebrated in 1994 with the Polti team. He won a stage of the Tour DuPont, one at the Hofbrau Cup, and he took for the first time in the Tour de France in part. The following year he ran for the U.S. Cycling Team Motorola. Like last year, he won a stage of the Tour DuPont again and was third overall again. In 1996 he won a stage of the Vuelta a Castilla y León and also secured the overall title.
