The Andreafsky River is a river in the Yukon - Kuskokwim Delta in western Alaska. Its headwaters located southeast of St. Michael in the Nulato Hills. It flows and flows südsüdwestwärts west of St. Marys at Pitka Point in the Yukon.

The name " Andreafsky " for the river was first mentioned in 1898 by the U.S. Coast and Geodetic Survey, and probably goes back to a riverside settlement of Alaska Natives. The Russian name was Nuggyklik.

With the entire headwaters of the East Fork Andreafsky and within the Yukon Delta National Wildlife Refuges total of 426 river miles through the Alaska National Interest Lands Conservation Act as a National Wild and Scenic River in 1980 reported. 319 km of which are located within a Wilderness Areas, the strictest class of protected natural areas in the United States.
