Andreas Bielau

Andreas Bielau ( born August 26, 1958) is a former German football player.

The striker played from 1977 to 1979 in the Oberliga for BSG Sachsenring Zwickau and scored eight goals in 50 games. After his move to FC Carl Zeiss Jena he scored in the first round of the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1980/81 against AS Roma, the final two goals for a 4-0 second leg victory (after 0-3 first leg defeat ). In the semi final against Benfica in the first leg, he scored the 1-0 (final score 2-0), and after a 0-1 in the second leg, the team reached the finals, the Jena against Dynamo Tbilisi lost unhappy. On April 19, 1981, he stood in Udine against Italy for the first time in the GDR 's national soccer team. By 1985, eight other vocations followed in the A range. His last game was held in Glasgow's Hampden Park against Scotland on 16 October 1985. In the big leagues, he completed until 1987 for Jena 164 league games in which he scored 42 goals. He then moved back to Zwickau in the GDR League and had 17 goals with decisive role in the rise in 1988.

Andreas Bielau ended his career as player-coach at VfB Auerbach, where he also served as an assistant coach later. He also worked for a short time as a physical therapist at FSV Zwickau. Since February 1, 2012 Andreas Bielau has worked as a coach and athletic director at SV Muelsen St. Niclas in the first men's team.
