Andreas Faehlmann

Andreas Faehlmann (* 1898 in St. Petersburg, Russia, † 1944 in Poznań ) was an Estonian sailor.

His great- uncle was the Estonian philologist and physician Friedrich Robert Faehlmann. 1917 Andreas Faehlmann began in Petrograd with the sport of sailing.

In the IX. Summer Olympic Games in Amsterdam in 1928 was Faehlmann member of the team of the Estonian Boots Tutti V, the behind Norway and Denmark won the bronze medal in the 6 meter class. His associates were Nikolai Vekšin, William of Wirén, Eberhard Vogdt and his older brother Georg Faehlmann.
