Andreas Luthe

Andreas Luthe ( born March 10, 1987 in Velbert ) is a German football goalkeeper.

Youth

Luthe began with seven years at Niederbonsfeld Pupils with football games. He played there, among others, as a central defender and right winger; until after his move to Borussia Velbert he stood in the gate. In 2001 he moved to the youth of VfL Bochum.

Pro career

From 2006 he came to VfL Bochum in the second team to use. For the 2009/10 season he signed a professional contract and there was initially a fourth goalkeeper to the senior squad.

After the separation of coach Marcel Koller Luthe was promoted under interim coach Frank Heinemann for number two.
