Andreas Schwab

Andreas Schwab ( born April 9, 1973 in Rottweil ) is a German politician. He is an MEP for the CDU Baden -Württemberg in the European People's Party. Andreas Schwab is married and has four children.

Life and education

After graduating from the Albertus-Magnus -Gymnasium in Rottweil in 1992, he completed his community service. From 1993 to 1995, a study of law at the University of Freiburg im Breisgau followed. In 1996 he studied thanks to a scholarship from the Konrad -Adenauer- Foundation in Sciences Po Paris and acquired there a study certificate in political science and economics, the "Certificat d' études politiques ". In 1998 he was nominated on the basis of its commitment to the Franco-German relations for the choice of the "Young Europeans of the Year" and received a scholarship from the Heinz- Schwarzkopf Foundation.

Schwab is on the state list of the CDU Baden -Wuerttemberg ( 3rd place) elected member for the district of Freiburg, South Baden. It maintains a constituency office in Freiburg, and a civil office together with the CDU MPs in the German Bundestag ( Parliament) and Chairman of the CDU / CSU parliamentary group, Volker Kauder and the CDU deputies in the parliament of Baden -Wurttemberg ( Landtag ) Stefan devil in Rottweil.
