Andreas Zimmermann

Andreas Zimmermann ( born December 28, 1969 in Berlin) is a former football player and current football coach.

Career

The defender Andreas " Zimbo " Zimmermann began his career at SV north -northwest in Berlin before he moved to FC Spandau and finally in 1992 to the then second division side Hertha BSC 1991. He scored eight goals in 45 games. In 1995, he transferred to 1 FC Union Berlin and in 1997 the then third division LR Ahlen, today Rot Weiss Ahlen. In a total of 60 games, he scored five goals and got there in 2000 with the team in the 2nd Bundesliga.

After switching to Rot-Weiss Essen (2002), the stations led him to SC Paderborn 07 ( 2003), and from there to the first FC Kleve, where he played from 2004 to 2006.
