Andreea Grigore

Andreea Florentina Grigore ( born April 11, 1991, Bucharest ) is a former Romanian gymnast.

Career

Andreea Grigore was for the C.S.A.-C.S.Ş. 3 Steaua Bucharest active. At the Junior European Championships 2006, she won three silver medals on balance beam, on the ground and in the team all-around.

Grigore won at the 2007 World Gymnastics Championships and at the 2008 Olympic Games bronze medals in the team all-around, but failed to qualify for any of the apparatus finals. Also in 2008, she became Romanian national champion in the team competition with her club, runner-up in the individual all-around and on beam and third on floor. In 2009, she ended her active career.

Andreea Grigore is 1,46 m tall, her competition weight was 39 kg.

Awards

In August 2008, received Andreea Grigore by President Traian Basescu the Order of Merit " Meritul sporty " III. Class with two stripes.
