Andrew Barkworth Wright

Sir Andrew Barkworth Wright ( * 1895, † 1971) was a British colonial official.

Between March 29, 1947 and December 1949 he was governor in Gambia and represented George VI. in the British colony of Gambia. Subsequently he was employed in the colony of Cyprus, dated August 4, 1949 to 1953 as governor.

Wright was knighted in 1948.
